Returns & Exchanges

• Return window: 30 days from delivery date.
• Condition: Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all included components (springs, pins, instructions). Any signs of installation attempt (tool marks, removed anti-corrosion coating, bent legs on coil springs) void eligibility.
• Restocking fee: None for returns meeting above condition. Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
• Process: Email support@c8330704-6251-4b25-b4e7-124ea16b42ec.local with order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping address. Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.
• Exchanges for incorrect kit selection: We cover return shipping if the error is ours. Customer-caused selection errors incur return shipping costs.
